Gender Equality in the EU
The Research
This policy report looks into the Istanbul Convention on gender-based violence. With a cross-country analysis, we assessed the effects of the Convention and looked at the relevance of its definition of gender and violence today. Through mixed qualitative and quantitative research methods, we investigated the impact of the Convention's ratification on different subsets of the population and on the perception of the matter in the media.
