About
The Policy Lab is an initiative from the LSE Student Union European Society which aims to give LSE students an opportunity to hone their research and policy-writing skills. Every year, our cohort of student researchers publish a series of policy reports on key issues related to European Union politics.

Research
Volunteering for the EU Policy Lab is a great opportunity for students to develop their research skills. At the end of the year, reports are published on our website and advertised by our partners and on social media. The team also supports students submit their papers for publication if they wish to do so.

Support
Policy Lab members kickstart their projects with a bootcamp, organised by the European Society and with speakers from the LSE and other organisations. Throughout the year, research teams benefit from the dedicated support of one of the team editors and have the opportunity to discuss their projects in more detail with LSE professors during research cafes.

Multidisciplinarity
Every year, we get applications from across the board in terms of degrees, which means that the research teams are very interdisciplinary. In turn, this helps our teams to produce eye-opening reports with new perspectives and innovative ideas!
